WHAT WE COLLECT
When you sign up with Google we receive your name, email address, and profile picture. You may also voluntarily provide documents (resumes, IDs, payslips, bank statements, etc.) and structured profile data. Payment information is processed and stored by Stripe — we never see your card number.
HOW WE USE IT
We use your data only to provide the service: parsing your documents, auto-filling applications you generate, and managing your subscription. We do not sell your data. We do not use your documents to train machine learning models.
AI PROCESSING
When you click "Parse" we send the contents of that specific document to Anthropic (Claude) or Google (Gemini) for structured extraction. These providers process the request and do not retain it for training under our enterprise terms. Extracted JSON is then stored in your private profile.
STORAGE & SECURITY
Documents are stored in encrypted object storage. Profile data lives in an encrypted MongoDB instance. Sessions are bound to secure HTTP-only cookies and a server-side session table.
YOUR RIGHTS
You can delete any document at any time from the Documents page. You can request full account deletion by emailing support — we will purge your profile, documents, and payment records (subject to legal retention obligations) within 30 days.
